PLW Awakened Landscapes - Hiking, Trail Running, Mountaineering, and Ice Bathing

Where the outdoor experience becomes the path to produce well-being

PLW Awakened Landscapes are videos that bring to life the outdoor experiences at the heart of PLW Life Coaching — lived through hiking, trail running, mountaineering, and ice bathing in rivers and lakes around the world. The outdoor experience is not the goal. It is the path — the living classroom where the body, mind, and soul are put to the test, and where the foundation of true well-being is built.
